    Hi Amanda I am interetsed in the Jenny Craig plan however not really everything that comes with it, the chats etc. Is it necessary to have these or can you just purchase the food? I already go to keep fit twice a week.

    Hi Amanda I saw you on The Wright Stuff a few weeks back and Matthew commented on how good you looked and asked how you did it. You only mentioned working out with a personal trainer and not doing Jenny Craig, why? How long have you been using a personal trainer? How long were you doing Jenny Craig before you appeared on the Wright Stuff and how long have you been doing the programme all together?

    Amanda you look amazing, I saw you on the Right show today and thought wow, I want to look like that. I really hope I am as successful as you. I work long 12 hour shifts and find it hard to exercise. Did you do much exercise on this diet?

    Hi Heather - unfortunately you're not allowed to do name checks on TV, otherwise I would have mentioned Jenny Craig! I started the Programme in March and I've been using a personal trainer to keep everything nice and toned. The weight loss is down to Jenny Craig, though!
