Hello Michele - we do offer chocolate bars to satisfy those with a sweet tooth, but our consultants will also teach you curb those cravings and cut down on the snacking.

Hi Louise - it took Cheryl 6 months to lose two and a half stone. It might be tempting to go for rapid weight loss but the weight will almost certainly go back on again, so sensible and steady is key for long term success.

Hi, just wanted to say how good you look. Given me inspiration to lose weight. Also, good luck in popstar to opera star, you have a great voice, well done.

Hi Cheryl - well I have just joined. Having suffered a sub-arachnoid brain haemorrhage, it left me fairly immobile for a very long time and I have subsequently put on 4 stone which I hope to lose with Jenny Craig. I read with interest your comments about Mike and can only say that yes, you do become another person and at times you really don't like who you have become because there are so many side affects to brain injury but ACCEPTANCE is a huge goal and once you have that, you can start adjusting to your new life again. So, my food arrives Monday and hopefully by next May I shall be lighter and looking good like you in time for a first holy communion in Ireland and a confirmation in the UK for my god-daughter. You look fantastic and seeing you on Loose Women yesterday prompted me to call Jenny Craig. All the best - Patricia x

Hi Patricia, thanks so much for your lovely comments and for sharing your personal story. It's really great that you have a goal to work towards. For me, I loved the food, but the thing that really kept me on track was my fabulous consultant Jen! Wishing you the very best of luck as you embark on Jenny Craig, love Cheryl x
