A day on the Jenny Craig Programme
What it could be like
- Had the lovely Chocolate-coated Wheat Flakes for breakfast. Yum! This gives me the energy to get me started.
- Am allowed fruit on the programme so had a cup of pomegranate at my desk.
- My lunchtime favourite is the Tomato & Vegetable Pasta with a hint of Mascarpo. Made myself a rocket salad with it. My colleagues were surprised how nice the food is.
- Had my weekly consultation with Jo, my consultant att 2.15pm. She is fab! Have discussed my eating out at the restaurant tonight and she advised me what I could have and still follow the Jenny Craig Programme.
- Rushed to school to get the kids. We did the way home walking to increase my exercising. My pedometer says 2000 extra steps. Yes!
- I LOVE the Jenny Craig white chocolate cereal bars. Can’t believe I can have chocolate on a diet! As I eat every few hours, I am much less likely to cheat. You know, the snacking inbetween meals.
- Went to “Luigi” with Kate and Sophie. I ordered Whiting with steamed vegetables. Left the creamy sauce off and had lemon juice instead. And I swapped my after-dinner-snack with a skinny Cappuccino. This is the great thing, I still can eat out and meet friends.
