Your daily menu will include Jenny Craig meals and snacks as well as your own fresh fruits and vegetables and low-fat dairy products. If you don’t eat meat, we do have a menu for vegetarians. We will also try our very best to personalise your menu according to your allergies or food intolerances.

The Jenny Craig Programme (see options) is carefully designed by dietitcians to limit sodium, added sugars and saturated fats. And under the guidance of your personal Weight Management Coach, you'll learn healthy cooking techniques to help make your own nutritious meals that will help maintain your weight loss over time.
