Your coach will also help identify any personal barriers you have to physical activity, all the time focusing on the many benefits of being active. You’ll learn strategies to better overcome your barriers, and stay motivated to keep active every day.

Activity matters

Research shows that an active lifestyle is a key factor in successful weight loss* – in fact, it's the difference between weight maintainers and weight re-gainers.

The activity component of Jenny Craig was developed in consultation with the world-renowned Cooper Institute**.

You'll gradually increase your activity through a combination of natural, ‘playful’ and planned physical activities, learning how to incorporate more activity into your everyday routine.
