Your personal Weight Management Coach will create a plan tailored to your needs, that will address the three key pillars of the Jenny Craig Programme (see options): Food, Body and Mind.

With the help of your coach, you’ll learn portion control and nutritional balance and to make it even easier you can have three delicious Jenny Craig meals and one snack each day – to which you add certain fresh fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products.

For convenience, your personalised menu plan and your Jenny Craig food will be delivered right to your door at a time that is convenient for you.

Starting from a level that’s right for you, your coach will help you devise a programme and find ways to gently increase your activity. Use your weekly calls with your coach to help boost your motivation, gain tips and advice, as well as crucial support.

Halfway There

A new you

Halfway to your ideal weight, we'll adjust your programme to help keep you on track to success.

It will involve planning some days on your own every week with the guidance of your coach. And if you'd like to eat out with family or friends, your coach will provide useful tips to get the best from it and still stay on track to your goal weight. You'll also learn ways to increase your activity levels and add a strength element to your regime to help burn more calories.

As always, your coach will be there for you, to provide insight and motivation that can keep you on track to meet your goals.
