We need your diet and nutrition questions for our blog!
Entering the competition is a diet-friendly piece of cake. All you have to do is:
1. On your own blog, describe a question you would like our weight management experts to answer;
2. Link to this contest in your post;
3. Tell us the URL of your blog in the comments below before 11.59pm (UK time) on 13th September 2012.
You can also tweet us your blog post on @JennyCraigUK using the hashtag #AskJennyCraig

    I've seen a clip on the This morning, tv show, about a lady that ate more, thus full up with foods, but lost weight, when she was abroad. can your diet reflect on this. as i like to feel full and healthy but still loose weight. but not to feel restricted to a small diet. I want to snack on things that are good for me.
    Will you be able to advise on what these foods are, and stay with me step by step.

    I am generally quite slim but when I put on weight it goes onto my tummy and nowhere else. It is hard to shift through exercise and will always have a layer of fat over the muscle.

    Also I'd like to be entered into the bike comp. Would love to but a road bike.

    being a big fan of carbs ie bread and pasta is there ever a good time in the day to eat them to burn them off quicker. Also is there any fruit which will help speed up the process?
